She made sure my daughter’s remaining sessions were protected, took responsibility for the communication issue, and went above and beyond to resolve everything. I really appreciated the follow-up and the way the situation was ultimately handled. It showed me that the owner genuinely cares about her students and their families. I am SUPER HAPPY and GRATEFUL! I found this driving school while searching online for something very specific: driving anxiety, which is something they actually mention on their website. I already had my driver’s license, but due to not having much practice and some difficult experiences, I completely lost my confidence in driving alone. Because of that, I had forgotten a lot of things and really didn’t trust myself behind the wheel. Ruby, my instructor is kind, direct, and very clear when teaching you, and that also teaches you how you should be on the road. She has also taught me different techniques and tricks to help me feel safer and more confident because of my anxiety. I’m still in the process of completing my driving hours, but the progress is REAL. I have already managed to drive by myself, which is something I genuinely didn’t think I would be able to do when I started.

Mrs. Kaur was a wonderful instructor who didn’t rush through the lessons and wanted to fully solve any problems there were in the driving. Though we did advance at a fast pace in the lessons, I never felt that it was ahead of my level. Once again I will recommend her classes to anyone who asks.

I had a wonderful experience learning to drive with Ruby and highly recommend her! She is very patient, kind, professional, and encouraging, with such positive energy that every lesson felt comfortable and enjoyable. She understood my driving anxiety and patiently helped me overcome it by practicing on different DMV routes and challenging road situations. Ruby is also very attentive to the small details and safety aspects of driving. She corrected my mistakes patiently, explained the right techniques, and made sure I understood why something needed to be done rather than simply telling me what to do. Ruby was very kind, patient and highly professional with my kid. She worked on all the nuances of driving and taught my kid the varied aspects of safe driving. She mapped out routes based on the challenges they needed to overcome and helped learn techniques to break the fear and anxiety. She was calm and that helped my kid stay calm and learn how to maneuver the roads and traffic. Definitely recommend Ruby and the driving school! I had Ms. Rupinder Kaur as my instructor and my experience was wonderful! She is a great teacher and I felt very comfortable and safe driving beside her. She is great at preparing you to pass your license test and instructs very professionally. I learned a lot very quick, 100% would recommend!

I want to thank the company pass and go for just the opportunity to have these kinds of services. Especially my instructor Ruby, she was amazing. I did an 1 hour training-1 hour dmv test package. So worth it. I was able to past within that time period of my knowledge experiences as well with Ruby guidance and skills. If it wasn’t for her and this company there would definitely be mistakes made on my test lol. They want you to past! Go get that license ladies and gentlemen! They have your back.
